Our Founder – Manoj Onkar has 31 years of very impressive experience in this domain… as an Organization Development Expert, a Strategy Consultant, a Leadership Development champion, a Master Coach and a Master Trainer.
In the field of transformational education, the name – Landmark Forum stands head and shoulders above the rest. It was Manoj who established the operations of Landmark Forum, in Gujarat where he worked as a Trainer and Seminar Leader for several years. Over 30,000 people benefitted from his expertise.
In Indian corporate training space, NIS Sparta is said to have played the key role in building the industry with almost all-important companies in India in majority of the industries had worked with NIS Sparta in its golden days. Industries like Oil and Gas, Power, Automobile, Insurance, BFSI, Telecom, FMCG all have been beneficiaries of the wide training and consulting expertise of NIS Sparta.
